Netsol makes software related to automobile leasing. The company was founded in 1997 by a Pakistani-born American named Najeeb Ghauri. It got listed in NASDAQ in 1999. In 2004, it opened its office in Lahore, Pakistan. It is also listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Its offices are also located in London, Beijing and Sydney etc.
